Works fine on my sons phone and my dads. Have emailed EZVIZ but they do not know what the problem is. All settings look the same

  3. I have 12 Ezviz cameras connected to my 16 DVR, four ports have no cameras connected. Everday, I get notification loss of video on the once not connected. Why is this happening? What do I do in the setup to stop this from happening?

  8. Light on my camera went out. Tried resetting, adding as new and nothing. Did my camera burn out? It’s new only used a few weeks

    Moved to new plug, changed to compatible cord to outlet and no lights.

  9. I have two devices of dvd in ezviz. In the mobile app i am able to view both the devices with one device having 8 cameras and another having only 2. In the desktop i am able to view only one device and the other with 2 cameras shows ” operation error” and is not recognized. Please let me know how to fix it.

  10. I have three ezviz BC1 cameras. They frequently go offline. I have taken them down and reset them 3 times since I originally installed them two weeks ago, but the problem returns after a few days. What do you advise me to do for a cure?

    • Also happen to me, from time to time, 1 of the 3 cameras will go offline and I have to do repairing process. And not always the same cameras, but it happen frequently that I think the software has problem.

    • MIne is doding the same but if I run a ping -t I can see the network dropps briefly 3 pings then its back but cam still offline red light , so things go black , no clear seen unless I disconnect power , I tried .end times to reset it ,but works for hours and get problem again
