  2. I’ve never had an issue with Tap… until now! The red lights come on but it only charges to 1% It and as also paired and I used it from the same place daily. my dog can’t sleep without the Ocean Waves sound… and now I can’t get bluetooth to even find it.
    i need 1,2, 3 steps to have it found by bluetooth, recharge etc. The poets are clean. it has never been outside. it lives happily in my office.. help! Trying to pair with my Fire HD tablet with Alexa😢
