  1. Try Using Another Device

There’s a chance that your device could be the reason why the app is not working. This is why we suggest using another smartphone just to check whether the issue persists or not. It could be that your phone has a very old OS installed, or simply does not properly support the app.

  1. we once had the app installed but, after the router got changed out we are unable to reinstall the app and are not happy because of all the problems We had several!

  2. After the last firmware update Sept 2021:
4 cameras in a group; all connect and then disconnect within a minute.

    I have:
Unplugged all cameras, waited and plugged back in. Wont stay connected.

I have removed and reinstalled the app 4 times now; has not helped.

I have cleared the cache and reconnected every single camera; retyped the password; they still won’t stay connected.

I have contacted my internet company – my speeds are above normal, my modem is online and all other internet devices work fine.

I checked all cameras are on 2.4hz; Nothing has changed. The background refresh is on for the Wyze app. Location is on always.

I consistently within 1 minute of them connecting get the following error message codes: 90, 13, 30, 00002, etc. I cannot find any information on what these mean or how to resolve the issue.

I do not have time to refresh the live feed screens every 30 seconds manually. Now, one or more live feed goes to a blue screen “This device is offline”.

Please advise of a fix or I will move on to a better system. This last firmware destroyed my security cameras ability to stay connected. Unbelievable.

    Thank you.
