  2. After the last firmware update Sept 2021:
4 cameras in a group; all connect and then disconnect within a minute.

    I have:
Unplugged all cameras, waited and plugged back in. Wont stay connected.

I have removed and reinstalled the app 4 times now; has not helped.

I have cleared the cache and reconnected every single camera; retyped the password; they still won’t stay connected.

I have contacted my internet company – my speeds are above normal, my modem is online and all other internet devices work fine.

I checked all cameras are on 2.4hz; Nothing has changed. The background refresh is on for the Wyze app. Location is on always.

I consistently within 1 minute of them connecting get the following error message codes: 90, 13, 30, 00002, etc. I cannot find any information on what these mean or how to resolve the issue.

I do not have time to refresh the live feed screens every 30 seconds manually. Now, one or more live feed goes to a blue screen “This device is offline”.

Please advise of a fix or I will move on to a better system. This last firmware destroyed my security cameras ability to stay connected. Unbelievable.

    Thank you.
