  1. I see this frequently . Device shows up as offline in the MyTS app. I try to reset it by pressing button. 3 seconds , the light flashes rapidly. I go through steps to add device and the specified WiFi network never shows up.
    I flail around unplugging and plugging back in, repeated tries to add the device following instructions , trying all methods to connect to WiFi . Then sometimes it just starts working not following the rest of the steps . This is so frustrating to cycle through the stele is multiple times snd not knowing what actually started it working

  2. I was able to reconnect 2 of my 3 smart switches. One does not produce a Wi-Fi device name when I try to manually connect. I have tried resetting it by holding it down for 10 seconds without a fix. The blue light is flashing quickly.
