  4. The vacuum cleaner is not sucking up dirt
  5. The vacuum cleaner is not moving in a straight line
  6. The vacuum cleaner is not going over the same area multiple times
  7. The vacuum stops working abruptly

Here’s how you can fix these issues.

Lefant Robot Vacuum Cleaner Troubleshooting:

  1. Start The Vacuum

Make sure the cord is plugged into the outlet and the vacuum cleaner. Next, make sure the battery is charged. If the vacuum cleaner is still not working, try resetting it by unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in.

  1. Remove Obstacles

If the vacuum does not move, Check if there are any obstacles in front of or behind the vacuum cleaner that could be blocking its path. Next, see if the wheels are caught on something, preventing the vacuum cleaner from moving. If the vacuum cleaner is still not moving, try resetting it by unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in.

  1. Adjust Wi-Fi Settings

If the vacuum cleaner is not connecting with Wi-Fi, ensure that the Wi-Fi router is placed within range of the vacuum cleaner and that there are no obstructions between them. If the problem persists, try restarting the router. Use the latest version of the App and check that the App and the vacuum cleaner are on the same Wi-Fi network. Also, make sure to check if the pairing process is correctly done. The two devices must be paired together before they can connect.

  1. Clean The Dustbin And Filters

If the vacuum cleaner does not suck up dirt, ensure the dustbin and filters are clean. To clean the dustbin, remove it from the vacuum cleaner and empty it into a trash can. To clean the filters, remove them from the vacuum cleaner, rinse with water and allow the filters to air dry before putting them back in the vacuum cleaner.

  1. Change Cleaning Mode

If the vacuum cleaner is not going over the same area multiple times, then it’s time to Check the cleaning mode that you’ve set the vacuum cleaner too. It will only go over an area once if it is set to a single pass. Change the setting to multiple passes to have it clean an area multiple times. If the vacuum cleaner is not moving in a straight line, try changing the cleaning mode. The default mode is the Random mode, which will clean in a zigzag pattern. You can switch to Edge mode if you want the vacuum cleaner to clean in a straight line. To get this done, press the Mode button on the vacuum cleaner until the light for Edge mode is lit up.

  1. The vacuum Stops Working abruptly.

If the vacuum stops working abruptly, try resetting it by unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in. If that doesn’t work, try cleaning the dustbin and filters. Also, ensure that the Wi-Fi is turned on and the App is always up to date. Lastly, check if the batteries need to be replaced.

  1. Reset The Vacuum

If you’ve given all the above tips a shot and the vacuum cleaner is still not working, resetting it might help. To reset, unplug the power cord from the outlet and plug it back in. Resetting the vacuum usually fixes any minor issues and gets your vacuum cleaner back and running again.

  1. My F1 stops as soon as it runs off of the charger platform. Then it produces an error with RED blinking light and 3 times 2 short beeps, indicating it “thinks” the main wheels are somehow suspended in the air and it stops.
Since everything is nice and clean, wheels well pushed down by their springs, I think it must be one of the vertical wheel position sensors.
Any ideas how to solve this? What does the little diagnostic plus do in next to the reset button?
Thanks in advance for any info you might have.
