iRobot Braava Jet M6 is undoubtedly one of the best robot mops on the market, with a decent spray amount and an extensive list of smart features. However, one of the problems that discourage some customers from putting their money into this unit includes iRobot Braava Jet M6 undocking issues. The traction can further be improved by the use of any materials like duct tape to cover the slipper section close to the robot wheels. So, you can dock the robot and then mark the region where the wheels rest. From there, just remove the robot and stick two pieces of duct tape in the marked regions. These regions will provide your robot with a better grip, and it will be able to undock pretty easily.
- Inspect Wheel For Clogged Hair
The clogged hair behind the wheels can also play a role here. You should be cleaning the robot every other day to enjoy optimal cleaning performance. However, if you’ve yet to service the robot, then it is a good time to do so. Make sure that there is no clogged hair and that the wheels are able to rotate freely. Furthermore, you should also charge up the robot fully before engaging in the cleaning cycle. That way, you won’t have to worry about any power-related issues as the unit tries to undock from the charging base.
