Just like every other vacuum, you need to keep track of the maintenance to get optimal performance from iMartine systems. Even though customers have said great things about iMartine robot vacuums, there have been some complaints regarding sensors and filters. Most of the time, these complaints are related to ignored maintenance, and there is a good chance that the problems will be fixed by cleaning up the bruises, sensors, and wheels.

So, if you’re planning on purchasing an iMartine robot vacuum or have already spent money on this device, just follow through with these details. Hopefully, you will be able to avoid some common mistakes by going through this list of issues that owners have to deal with.

Fixing iMartine Robot Vacuum Troubleshooting

  1. Brush Not Turning

One of the first issues that you’ll experience with the iMartine robot vacuum is that the brush on this unit will stop spinning. The good thing in this situation is that this problem with the iMartine Robot vacuum is not that serious. So, just remove the main brush from your cleaning robot and then clean it thoroughly, along with the caps. After that, just fix it into place, and that should be enough when it comes to iMartine brush issues.

  1. Clogged Filters

The filters can get clogged up pretty rapidly because of the amazing suction power brought forward by the iMartine system. You should avoid the method of rinsing out and reusing the filters, and the most effective solution here is to just grab a new filter for your unit. That will be enough to help you get through the problem with clogged filters.

  1. Stuck Side Brushes

The problems with the side brushes are also not that rare when you’re using the iMartine robot. Usually, the fix here is as simple as removing the clogged hair from the side brushes and then restarting the unit. It won’t take much time, and you won’t have to bother with completely disassembling and reassembling the system. Hopefully, that will be it when it comes to issues with the side brushes.

  1. Dirty Sensors

If you’re hearing constant beeping noise from the unit along with a flashing red light, then that issue is mostly related to dirty sensors. Even if you take care of the brushes and the wheels, you will still have to clean the whole unit with a damp cloth to get the debris away from the sensor. Make sure to be gentle and avoid scratching the sensors when you’re using the new unit.

  1. Unit Can’t Reach Docking Station

The connection to the docking station is the next thing that you need to fix if the beeping noises don’t stop. Most of the time, when the robot is not able to return to the docking station, there are some obstructions between the docking station and the unit. So, make sure that there is a clear path to the station, and you can try to relocate the docking station and discover it one more time to further fix the problem.

  1. Controls Not Working

The problems with the controls are also pretty common, and you will find a ton of complaints regarding this issue on the official forums. The only thing you can do here is to replace the batteries in control and then fully charge the robot. Make sure that you’re always within the 15-foot range, and that should be enough when it comes to the cleaning problems with the iMartine unit.

  1. Weak Suction

The suction power can get weaker over time if you don’t go through the proper maintenance routine. So, if you’ve also ignored a few steps when it comes to the maintenance of this device, just check the status of the dust bin and then replace the filters one time to streamline the flow of air. However, if the issue persists, you might have to check the unit for hardware issues.

  1. Schedules Not Working

Lastly, some owners did bring up problems with the schedules not working on the cleaning robot. These issues are usually only related to the programming of the unit, and you should go through the basic troubleshooting methods to isolate the problem. You just have to reboot the unit, charge it properly, and go through the reset routine if necessary. That should get everything in order.

  1. Right out of the box, the red light is solid and beeps 4 times, indicating the brush can’t turn. it’s never been used. I’m not sure how to fix the problem. I’ve taken it all apart, rebooted, dusted sensors, etc. Any ideas?
