It has been a while now since I purchased my first Gimbal which I don’t know how I ever managed without before I did so.
Before I purchased my first Gimbal, I was quite often disappointed with the quality of my videos due to them being slightly shaky rather than being stable.
This I came to realise, was due to the fact that back then I was simply just trying to hold my camera steady using my hands.
Now I do have a Gimbal, the quality of my videos is of a much better quality. Even some of my Followers on YouTube have commented on the improvement in the quality of the videos that I am now posting.
And as we all know, the better your content and its quality, the more Followers you are likely to get.
And just like in most of my other articles on this website, I also made a short video for this topic which you can watch below.
On my case, it was due to the unbalance alignment of the phone on the gimbal, so I aligned my phone properly on the Gimbal holder for it to achieve balance.
The video shows the difference – before and after the phone is properly aligned on the gimbal holder.
Gimbal Lost Strength Automatically: How You Can Prevent This
However, I did encounter some problems when using my Gimbal early on, but which, fortunately, I have now overcome.
What I have found is that it is critical to make sure that your phone is properly balanced on your Gimbal holder. If you do not pay enough attention to properly securing it to your device, then the Gimbal can, and often will, lose its balance.
This is very frustrating, especially if you are trying to create a video and you only have only have one opportunity to video some of the content.
So why does a Gimbal lose strength you may be asking yourself?
Well, just remember that unlike a camera stick, a Gimble contains mechanical parts to stabilize your phone for the added features that it has when you compare it to a basic camera stick. And it is more likely to be used for taking videos rather than photos.
Therefore, apart from needing to be secured precisely to your phone, it does also require some basic maintenance.
However, what I have found the most important thing that is the key to keeping the strength of your Gimble to hold your device, is to make sure that you give yourself enough time to secure them together properly,
MUST BE BALANCED at both left and right side so that no one side has too much weight.
The attachment and the securing of your device to your Gimble correctly is of paramount importance if you want to get the best quality videos and media when using your Gimbal.
