However, even with the expensive pricing and premium setups brought forward by this brand, you will occasionally deal with minor bugs and errors. There are a ton of reasons that can complicate your use of Aura Frame. Most of the time, it won’t be that difficult to get the unit fixed by following basic troubleshooting methods. So, if your Aura Frame is not working, just follow through with some of these solutions.
Aura Frame Not Working
- Disable Sleep Timer
The sleep timer should be the first setting that you need to disable when the Aura frame is not working. After 6 years of always working , my frame has the picture of a girl and 4digit code with circle spinning and saying connected please add photos. I am connected to Wi-Fi and have plugged and unplugged but nothing changes.
