Actionable privacy tips
Measure pitch before trusting the angle. Two blinds with the same advertised slat width can have different center spacing, and spacing changes the closure angle more than most people expect.
Check the real viewer path. Stand where the sidewalk, porch, stair landing, or neighboring window actually is; a viewer above the room usually needs the opposite tilt direction from a viewer below it.
